When my kids were younger I constantly worried about everything. I worried about them getting sick, hurt, doing well in school, not having friends, being a good mother to them and wife to my husband, being able to provide for them, find time to practice self-care and so much more. The older my kids get I strive to live more and worry less. I don’t think anyone wants to look back on their life and realize they wasted it on worrying, especially when they are ways to simplify it.
One thing that often stressed me out was my daughter’s sensitive skin issues. She has always dealt with eczema along with multiple other skin issues, which made washing her clothes a tricky process.
Thanks to our allergist who recommended I use all® free clear detergent, I have one less worry in my life, especially when it comes to my daughter’s sensitive skin.
I recently went to my local Target and stocked up on both all® free clear detergent and all® free clear Mighty Pacs®.
My daughter loves that she can live her best life and get messy, while I love that all® free clear detergent is 100% free of perfumes & dyes, plus its tough on stains and gentle on my family’s clothes.
Now that I no longer have my daughter’s sensitive skin issues on the brain thanks to all® free clear, I have been working on ways to make other areas of my life simpler. Here are four tips for how to live more and worry less.
1. Keep a multitasking item like vinegar on hand at home
Vinegar is such a versatile product which can help you do everything from unclog drains, clean your jewelry, remove wax, eliminate odors to many more things around the house. I also keep a toothbrush taped to my vinegar bottle so that I can reach hard to clean areas easier, plus it also helps with cleaning jewelry.
2. Listen to podcasts and audiobooks
One of my complaints, especially since becoming a parent, is that I never seem to have enough time to read. Podcasts and audiobooks have been a great way for me to change that. I have actually been able to learn and read more, even while cleaning, thanks to a pair of bluetooth headphones and a good audiobook. This is multitasking at its finest.
3. Unsubscribe to unnecessary emails that clutter up your inbox
Out of my four tips for how to live more and worry less, this has to be one of my favorites, because my email inbox can definitely get out of hand quickly. I used to feel so overwhelmed that sometimes I would honestly ignore it. Recently I started spending time purging and unsubscribing to unnecessary emails, which makes looking at my inbox less stressful. There are even services you can sign up for that will actually do the unsubscribing for you.
4. Use all® free clear detergent and/or all® free clear Mighty Pacs® to help lighten the load when doing laundry
I have reclaimed so much of my time by no longer having to separate my daughter’s laundry from the rest of our family’s thanks to all® free clear. I appreciate that it’s hypoallergenic and clinically proven to be gentle on skin. This helps me be able to worry less and live more when it comes to my family looking and feeling their best.
Stop wishing and start doing. Let all® free clear help you deliver a powerful clean to your family’s clothes with no dyes, perfumes, certain chemicals, and irritating residues, so you can make your life simpler and clearer.
