What Is The Recipe For Spicy Shrimp Stacks?
The last few weeks I have been so bored with many of our dinnertime meals.
I feel like we have just been repeating the same old dishes.
So I decided to try to venture out of my dinner making comfort zone and search for some new, simple, yet delicious and healthy recipes to try out on my family. The very first recipe that I decided to recreate was thankfully a huge hit.
I posted a photo of this exciting new dish the first night that I made it and ever since I have had people asking me, What Is The Recipe For Spicy Shrimp Stacks?
Spicy Shrimp Stacks are a fresh combination of rice (I used organic brown rice), cucumber, shrimp, avocado, homemade spicy sauce, and Furikake seasoning. They are mouthwatering and taste like a giant, delicious piece of sushi! This has quickly become a favorite meal to eat within our home and we have also even swapped out the shrimp with some crab meat for a different flavor.
Tip: If you would like to make it easier to stack the ingredients to present them check out this Creo Stax Stacking Food Prep Tool.
I have to admit that this is one dish that even when I don’t really feel like cooking, I never mind creating and of course eating.

To give you an idea of a simple yet yummy side dish to serve alongside the spicy shrimp stacks, I like to make my Sweet Chili Chicken Shu Mai Soup. The combo of these two foods makes for a creative and delicious mealtime that the whole family will enjoy!
