Would you like a yummy and slightly spicy soup recipe to warm you up this fall and winter season?
My recipe for Sweet Chili Chicken Shu Mai Soup is super easy to make and it takes only 4 ingredients and less than 30 minutes to make.
This tangy, flavorful bowl of goodness is called Sweet Chili Chicken Shu Mai Soup.
I love that you can customize this recipe by spicing it up (or down) depending on your preference. My husband and I like it spicy, but I make a less spicier version for my kids that they just devour.
Now it is time to show you just how easy it is to make this delicious soup.
The recipe is made up of 4 simple ingredients:
- 1 quart of chicken broth
Directions (which are super simple):
- Heat together the chicken broth, sweet chili sauce and the soyaki.
2. Add the chicken shu mai and cook until its heated through. (I like my soup hot so I cook it for about 15-20 minutes)
3. Serve into bowls and enjoy, as this soup warms and fills you up!
I make this soup often for my family and it takes about 2 minutes to put together and then about 25 minutes to cook.
Very minimal time is spent in my kitchen for a delicious soup that my whole family enjoys!
This is a simple and yummy recipe that I make time and time again.
You can even make it more exciting and creative by garnishing with scallions and serving with wonton chips. Yum!
